Serie that will bring together prominent women in business, sport, science and culture.

The series will be divided into four round tables that will address issues related to the economy, sport, culture and science.

The first two will take place on 1 February, from 10h to 12h, and will deal with ‘Women, Economy and Business’, with the participation of Carmen Muñoz, president of Colabora Mujer; Cristina Alcázar, businesswoman and owner of Bee Social Media; Soledad Díaz, hotelier and representative of the Mesa del Turismo; and the CEO of Grupo Disfrimur.

Afterwards, the forum ‘Sport in Equality’ will be held, with the participation of Lucila Pascua, president of the Association of Spanish Basketball Players (AJUB); Carmen Riansares, president of the Murcia Sports Press Association; Mª del Mar Carrillo, president of the bases and women’s section of Real Murcia; and Eva Pérez, football referee (1st RFEF Women’s and 3rd RFEF Men’s).

The other two round tables will be held on 1 March, also from 10h to 12h. The first, entitled ‘Women, Art and Culture’, will feature the participation of M. José Puche, president of OMEP and photographer; Eva Hernández Calderón, international gallery owner and disseminator; Dora Helena Melicio Dos Santos, singer; Ana Ballabriga, writer and disseminator; and Cecilia Ibáñez, president of ANMA and owner of Producciones Imaginarias RCI SL.

The second round table, dedicated to ‘Science and Women Scientists’, will bring together Encarna Guillén, doctor and president of the Spanish Association of Human Genetics (AEGH); Inocencia Martínez, professor and director of the Institute for Research on Ageing at the University of Murcia; and the director of Equality at the Polytechnic University of Cartagena.

The ‘Women’s Leadership’ series is coordinated and presented by Lola Gracia, journalist, cultural manager and writer, who will contribute her experience to lead the round tables and encourage an enriching debate between the participants and the audience.
