‘Mathematics in the Street’, an educational and fun day for all ages.

The aim of this initiative is to bring mathematics closer to society in a practical, creative and fun way, highlighting its presence in everyday life and encouraging learning through play and interaction.

• Programmed activities

During the day, attendees will enjoy a series of workshops and interactive activities such as:

1. Mathematical board games: chess, sudoku and puzzles.
2. Creation of mosaics and puzzles inspired by Escher.
3. Construction of polyhedra and three-dimensional structures.
4. Exploration of symmetries and mathematical patterns.

Mazarrón Town Council and IES Felipe II invite the whole community to participate in this event, which promises to be an opportunity to discover mathematics from a different and entertaining perspective.
