Fried milk

We strongly recommend to serve this dessert with a base of English cream made with Grossi liquor and cream, plus a little bit of ice cream, because this type of milk is served mild or hot.

Preparation

To make the cubes of milk: emulsify them with orange peel, lemon and cinnamon. Use a little bit of extra milk to make a mush with rice flour, an egg yolk and sugar, adding it to boiling milk and stir in the same direction until milk is curdled. Then, pour into a bowl and cut the slices to fry them in hot seed oil.
