Dog-friendly Beach. Playa El Gachero is an urban and stony beach combined by coarse sand with rounded stones. There is a relaxed and calmed atmosphere. The occupation is usually very low given its unpopularity among bathers. Pleasant for walking with your pet due to its moderate waves and crustal clear water.

4 months ago • Nice beach well worth a visit
2 weeks ago • I just want them to stop changing the idiosyncrasy of this place. The houses gave it a different characteristic and the road is more and more visible 😢 the sand is not even the thought of what it was and they neglect it a lot. It hurts me that they remove the native vegetable part because they believe that it should not be there.
3 months ago • It is a shame that the city council of Mazarrón calls that a beach, neither for dogs nor for anyone, it is a small piece next to the water full of weeds, dirty and unconditioned.
5 months ago • That beach, neither for dogs nor for humans, is terrible. I will never go again.
a year ago • This is how this small beach has been called all its life, the one on the island is the one that is oriented to the south and is made of pebbles, although people mistakenly call it the beach of the Island, some even give them a list @ and gives lessons, lessons in screwing up. The Gachero beach is quiet and familiar, with not very fine sand outside the water and somewhat muddy inside. The water, almost always somewhat cloudy on the shore, but almost always clean a few meters away. The bottom is sandy and with garbage on the right side, but to the left, it shares with the island’s beach a small islet with good underwater views, with shallow waters with abundant schools of fish. It has ample parking and easy access.
