Frigate mackerel in cooking pot in Bolnuevo traditional way

The ingredients of this fish broth are the same ones used in old pies that inhabitants from Mazarrón used to ate.

Preparation

Every ingredient is placed in the pot. First, the onions in julienne, plus tomatoes, pepper and garlic; then, the broth from the frigate mackerel is added, to add flavor to the mix.

Then we add some finely sliced potatoes, salt and fish, as well as other potato bits and saffron, a splash of lemon and pepper, and cook the mix before serve.
